Bred & fed in the great swamp area of Ohio; UTR oozes the mish-mash brand of Rock-n-Roll known as Sludge. It's the merging of Southern-rock's soulfulness mixed with the aggressive dissonance of living in Detroit's shadow. It's Appalachian appeal weaved with flatlander skepticism. We are independent by choice, harboring no desire for record label backing. Every CD, every show, every accomplishment is by the work of our own hands. Why? We just don’t like what's force fed to the masses. Neither do you. We exist & thrive solely for the congregation, join us & partake!
